How are your cleaners vetted?

We personally screen our cleaners in conjunction with Onfido, a platform that uses high-end technology to do an intelligent background check on every one of our cleaners, so you'll always have peace of mind when you book through us.

How much does it cost?

Our rates start at £12 per hour for all our cleaners, and if we can't find you a cleaner in London, or if you're not happy with the service of your Hassle.com cleaner on your first booking, we'll refund your deposit, no questions asked.

How do I pay?

Paying online is the only way to pay on Hassle.com. We understand how frustrating it can be rummaging around for the right cash to leave for the cleaning. So we debit your card after the clean has taken place — it's as easy as that.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

It’s easy — just log into your Hassle.com account to manage your bookings. All we ask is that you give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change your booking.
